Certified Applicators are required to stand behind their workmanship. They are required to sign the warranty for labor and materials which includes proper preparation and application procedures. 99% of paint manufacturers do not require trained Certified Applicators.

Anyone or any company can apply their paints. This is where quality control breaks down. This is where the development of paint failures begin. They are not held accountable for a labor and material warranty.
